Crosslist

You can start to crosslist by visiting your profile on one of the supported marketplaces.

Supported marketplaces:

  • Depop

  • Vinted (UK, US, FR, CA support)

    • vinted.com (United States), vinted.co.uk (United Kingdom), vinted.ca (Canada: partial support

  • Poshmark (US/CA/UK)

  • Mercari

  • Ebay (UK/US/FR/CA/AU)

  • Etsy

  • Grailed

  • Facebook Marketplace

    • Including Facebook Commerce Manager (for businesses)

  • Instagram (Partial Support)

  • Shopify

  • Shpock

How to select Items to crosslist

You can start to crosslist by visiting your profile page on one of the supported marketplaces. Click the 'Select Items' button. This will attach a checkbox to each product image you see on the page. You can remove the checkboxes by clicking 'go back'.

NOTE: We recommend not crosslisting too many items at once, because this may slow down your computer while it runs, you can experiment with different numbers at once to see what your PC can handle.

What gets copied over ?

Crosslister does not click the "post" button for you, it copies data from the listings over to the other platform so you can review the listings and finish posting it on your target marketplace. Saving you lots of time.

This is because every platform is different and at times it is impossible to get an exact 1:1 match from one platform to another, so there may be information that does not get copied over or the category entered may not be the final category you want.

Data that will be copied over in most cases: Images, Description, Title (If available) & Price.

Depop

NOTE: If you have our depop automation tool installed you may have to turn off autorefresh and ui mode as it prevents multiple depop tabs from being opened while crosslisting!

Items that are copied to depop copy over the following things:

  • Images

  • Description

  • Price

  • Colour (If available match can be found)

  • Condition (If available match can be found)

  • Brand (If available match can be found)

  • Size (If available match can be found)

  • Source

  • Age

  • Style

  • Material

  • Fit

  • Occasion

  • Body Fit

Vinted

Items that are copied to vinted copy over the following things:

  • Images (Excluding videos)

    • You have an option in the settings to stop images from being copied to vinted. This is useful if you want to switch out the images.

  • Category (If available match can be found, if not will set a default general category).

  • Title

    • If the marketplace you are copying from does not have a title the first line of the description will be used as a title.

  • Description

  • Price

  • Local Shipping Price (If available)

  • Colour (If available)

  • Condition (If available)

  • Material

  • Size (If available match can be found)

Mercari

Items that are copied to mercari copy over the following things:

  • Images (Excluding videos)

  • Category (If available match can be found, if not will set a default general category).

  • Title

    • If the marketplace you are copying from does not have a title the first line of the description will be used as a title.

  • Description

  • Price

  • Colour (If available)

  • Condition (If available)

  • Size (If available match can be found)

  • Tags

  • Brand

Poshmark

Items that are copied to poshmark copy over the following things:

  • Images (Excluding videos)

  • Title

    • If the marketplace you are copying from does not have a title the first line of the description will be used as a title.

  • Description

  • Price

  • Brand

  • Colour (If available)

  • Condition (If available)

  • Size (If available match can be found)

  • Size variants (including quantity and skus)

eBay

To crosslist from eBay you need to go to your active listings page (the ebay page that ends with /sh/lst/active)

Items that are copied to eBay copy over the following things:

  • Images (Excluding videos)

  • Title

    • If the marketplace you are copying from does not have a title the first line of the description will be used as a title.

  • Description

  • Price

  • Condition

  • Style

  • Material

  • Occasion

  • Fit

  • Body Fit

  • MPN

  • Pattern

  • Brand

  • Size (If available match can be found)

  • Variations/Variants

Etsy

To crosslist from etsy you need to go to your active listings page (the etsy page that has this url etsy.com/shop/<username>) Please note: <username> means insert your own etsy username to get the url

Items that are copied to etsy copy over the following things:

  • Images (Excluding videos)

  • Title

    • If the marketplace you are copying from does not have a title the first line of the description will be used as a title.

  • Description

  • Price

  • Colours (If available match can be found)

  • SKU

  • Size

  • Fit

  • Sleeve Length

  • Season

  • Rise

  • Occasion

  • Style

  • Neckline

  • Pattern

  • Tags

  • Material

  • Variants

Grailed

To crosslist from grailed you need to go to your active listings page (the grailed page that has this url https://www.grailed.com/users/myitems)

Items that are copied to grailed copy over the following things:

  • Images (Excluding videos)

  • Title

    • If the marketplace you are copying from does not have a title the first line of the description will be used as a title.

  • Description

  • Price

  • Colours (If available match can be found

  • Size (If available match can be found)

  • Condition (If available match can be found)

  • Brand/Designer (If available match can be found)

  • Tags

Facebook Marketplace

To crosslist from facebook marketplace you need to go to your active listings page (the facebook page that has this url https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/you/selling)

Items that are copied to facebook marketplace copy over the following things:

  • Images (Excluding videos)

  • Title

    • If the marketplace you are copying from does not have a title the first line of the description will be used as a title.

  • Description

  • Price

  • Condition (If available match can be found)

Shopify

To crosslist from shopify you need to go to your active listings page.

In shopify admin click products in the sidebar. This will take you to a shopify admin page that has a url similar to this https://<shop name>.myshopify.com/admin/products?selectedView=all)

NOTE: In place of <shop_name> add the name of your shopify store

Items that are copied to shopify marketplace copy over the following things:

  • Images (Excluding videos)

  • Title

    • If the marketplace you are copying from does not have a title the first line of the description will be used as a title.

  • Description

  • Price

  • Condition (If available match can be found)

  • Tags

  • Variants/Variations

Instagram

PARTIAL SUPPORT => Right now you can only crosslist TO instagram from other marketplaces, crosslisting from instagram will be added in the future

Shpock

To crosslist from shpock you need to go to your active listings page.

Items that are copied to shpock marketplace copy over the following things:

  • Images (Excluding videos)

  • Title

    • If the marketplace you are copying from does not have a title the first line of the description will be used as a title.

  • Description

  • Price
